New Updates 21st May 2024

The following updates have been added for the benefit of customers booking journeys,

• Customers are no longer forced to create an account when they book taxis, this has been changed so when another booking is made later on the same email address can be used and customers will no longer be told 'this email address has been used, please log in'.
  

• Once a customer has booked online they will receive an email to say the journey has been booked but not confirmed, once a driver has accepted the journey the customer will receive a confirmation email.

• Customers must give at least 15 minutes prior notice on any bookings now, as to avoid over-booking, previously customers could book one for ASAP, but most wouldn't arrive until 15 minutes afterwards so this has now been added.
  

• We have now added the following supported areas, each with its own dedicated page, with another 8 planned in the coming months, each with their own booking form & dedicated prices.
